Ingersoll Rand oil-free air compressor

Product introduction:

The T30 series of non-lubricated air compressors is one of Ingersoll Rand's patented products. There are dozens of specifications and models with displacements from 0.1 m3/min to 3.2 m3/min and discharge pressures of 0.7-0.86 MPa. T30 series non-lubricated compressors have excellent gas quality and oil content less than 0.01PPM. All performance indexes are at the advanced level of similar products at home and abroad.

An oil-free compressor refers to a compressor that does not use lubricating oil in the cylinders of the compressor. The crankcase of the all-oil-free compressor is a dry structure, and the connecting rods of the large and small connecting rods and the front and rear of the crankshaft are generally double-port sealed grease-containing ball bearings. Since no lubricating oil is in contact with the compressed gas source during operation, the exhausted gas is completely free of oil and gas, so it is very popular among users. However, the grease sealed in the bearing will evaporate and oxidize and decompose the grease due to the temperature rise during long-term operation, and the thickener in the grease will also deteriorate and lose the thickening effect. Due to changes in fat properties, the use effect drops dramatically. If new oil is not added in time, it will directly damage the bearings and even the machine.
