When the pressure in the cylinder reaches and is slightly higher than the exhaust pressure, the exhaust valve is opened and the gas is exhausted. The cylinder is closed until the piston moves to the limit position. The above process occurs repeatedly when the piston of the piston compressor moves in the opposite direction.
Oil-free compressors work, but the noise is significantly larger than the original. This phenomenon is checked whether the running current is normal after removing the accessories on the machine. If it is normal, it is generally used for some years. The environment where the oil-free air compressor is placed should be kept away from the dusty place. After the power is unplugged regularly, the surface and the dust in the two blades are blown off with high-pressure air. The noise is too large. Since the four motor bearings are worn by dust, the corresponding cups are also affected. Replace tools and accessories that require a dedicated oil-free air compressor.
The oil-free air compressor must start the work after putting the air pressure of the air tank to zero air pressure every time. Otherwise, it can't be started. When the power is turned on, you can see that the machine head is turning very slowly and there is a buzzing sound. The current is also large. This is because the one-way valve is blocked, and its position is connected to the head outlet pipe (or high pressure pipe) and the other end is connected to the gas storage tank, and there are three outlets. Its function is to let the gas emitted by the machine head only to the air tank and the gas of the gas tank cannot come out. The inside is a spring and a film. If the dirty thing jams the film, it will cause a reverse air leak, then the second start of the machine will press the high pressure and cannot start. The solution is to open the bonnet behind the check valve with the wrench and wash it back as it is.
The oil-free air compressor works intermittently and the air supply is insufficient. The reason for this failure is:
a The voltage is insufficient. There is a buzzing sound at the start. For example, if the running current is too large at this time. The oil-free head operates at a low voltage of 200V. Below this voltage, the head is difficult to start, and frequent starting will cause the head temperature to rise. Circuit protection is down. Turn it on until the temperature drops. For areas where voltage fluctuations occur frequently, it is recommended to install an automatic voltage regulator.
b Start capacitor leakage. When the electric leakage occurs, the compressor head can also be started, but the speed is slow and the current is large. Because of the large current, the hair of the machine is hot and fast, and the machine head is protected from stopping. This question can be replaced with a new one, but it should be noted that the UF number should be the same. It is not good to be too big or too small.
The oil-free compressor does not stop working, but the air supply is still insufficient, and the air compressor works, so that the gas storage tank stops when it is under a little pressure. Use the ear to listen to the external piping of the air compressor, the air supply pipe on the air tank, the check valve, the safety valve, the pressure switch and other joints. If the above problem is ruled out, it may be that the machine head is worn or exceeds the rated flow, and the machine is overloaded. As for the damage of the leather bowl, it is necessary to change the leather bowl. The life of the general leather bowl is about 3 years.
