The air compressor system sets a higher exhaust temperature of 100 ° C. If it exceeds 100 ° C, the system cuts off the power by itself.

Common causes of excessive exhaust temperatures:

The cooler pipe is blocked;

The cooler fins are blocked by dirt;

The cooling fan stops running;

The ambient temperature is too high;

Less oil.

Fourth, the role of the twin-screw air compressor reverse phase protection system: When the phase sequence of the three-phase power supply connected to the air compressor is inconsistent with the phase sequence of the air compressor, the air compressor unit starts.  At this time, it is necessary to exchange any two of the three phases.
