The bottled nitrogen product is a high-pressure filling gas, which should be used after being decompressed and pressure-reduced. The used cylinders are used for a long period of time. All expired cylinders must be sent to a department for safety inspection before they can continue to be used. When using nitrogen gas in each bottle, the residual pressure in the bottle should be kept at 0.5MPa, and the residual pressure should not be lower than 0.25MPa. The valve should be closed to ensure the gas quality and safety. The nitrogen compressor has an interstage pressure anomaly after more than 6,000 hours of operation:

The first-stage exhaust pressure and temperature were high and then decreased. After polishing the piston body and the cylinder wall, replacing the new second and third stage piston rings, checking the gas valves at all levels, removing the elastic rings of all levels, returning to normal use, and removing the elastic rings on the oxygen oxygen machine. reuse.

During the operation of the compressor, the temperature of the third-stage exhaust gas rises abnormally, and the piston rod of the first-stage inspection does not move up and down, and the second and third levels are normal. Stop the inspection to the first stage of the collision cylinder accident: the connecting rod big head tile fixing bolt breaks one, the piston stroke is increased beyond the limit, the aluminum piston body is crushed, the cylinder head is hit by cracks and water seepage, and the connecting rod is broken. Then the machine was completely dismantled and overhauled, replacing the first-stage piston body, connecting rod, damaged main bearing tile, large head tile, connecting rod bolt and so on. The unit was realigned and then resumed. The valve is faulty. During the daily inspection, you can touch the inhalation valves at all levels and find that the hot hand or the temperature is obviously high. The valve has internal leakage, and the shutdown needs to be dismantled. Generally, the valve piece breaks off the block, or the valve plate wears and seals. Strict, loose valve cover will also cause internal leakage and abnormal noise. This level of intake and exhaust valve failure can cause the upper exhaust pressure and temperature to rise.
