- It should be installed in a place with a solid ground and ensure there is ample around, which facilitates future maintenance and care.
- The base of the vacuum pump should be kept level with the ground, and proper ground vibration isolation should be to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
- The pipeline connecting the vacuum pump to the system must be reliably sealed.
- In the connecting pipeline, valve and a vacuum gauge can be installed above the vacuum pump's inlet.
- Connect the power supply according to the specifications on the electric motor's nameplate ground the wire, and install a fuse and a thermal relay of the appropriate specifications.
- Before formal use, it should be tested by powering on first.
- For vacuum pumps with cooling water, connect the cooling water as specified.
