  • SF6 compressor is characterized by compact and simple construction, light weight, and small size. It is free of oil and leakage.

  • Similar to motor, the long-life grease and sealed roller bearing can greatly reduce the friction in crank mechanism. Therefore, the whole compressor is free of oil, provided with close manufacturing tolerance and made of high-tech materials, with cost effectiveness and great reliability.

    If process gas is used, smoke and leakage may occur in the manufacturing process. Therefore, a closed loop system containing gas is likely to be used in the manufacturing process and technology.

    The equipment cost saved allows the recovery of equipment investment cost in a short time. For example:

    ★ Inert gas, such as xenon, argon or helium, SF6;

    ★ SF6 for power system;

    ★ Leakage of natural gas in large compression system;

    ★ Extraction of pure nitrogen by processing the inert gas;

    ★ Extraction of CO2 from supercritical CO2 process

    ★ Gas leakage accumulated during processing, such as CO and SF6

    The SF6 compressor is applicable to the compression of SF6, helium, nitrogen, biogas, propylene, tail gas, bradenhead gas, coal gas, coalbed methane, methyl chloride, ethylene, LNG, butadiene, R22 refrigerant, ethane, butane, liquefied gas and so on; and is applicable to the maintenance of vacuum pumps such as Edwards, Busch, Pfeiffer, and Hanbell.
